The reception crew with mr ahmed mostafa welcomed us so warmly. they ensured our check-in was easy. i felt at home instantly. chef abdullah made every meal special. His expertise really shined through.
The hot water wasn't as plentiful as i expected. I think it's because of solar power.

the chef, muhammad saeed, created special gluten free pizzas and pancakes. we love the attention to detail he gave to my dietry need. the hotel has more than 10 aquas which are good, and we easy reached the center houses.
some restaurant couldn't cook basic food proper, overcooked burgers to under cooked pizza. i got raw chips! they made over cooked chicken nuggets like a bullet! restaurant staff don't know what hygiene practices are though.

The cleaning staff were very good. They asked about their work every day. The room was always very clean. The spa was very good. I especially enjoyed the massage.
The food had no taste. I doubt anything was clean, from the food to the plates. I mostly ate bread and fries the whole time.

The hotel grounds are spacious with several pools and a water park for various age groups. Food options are abundant. The staff (Ahmed Mostafa is a great manager!) is always ready to help and treats you like family. Our room cleaner Ali created towel animals and always had a smile.

The reception team was very helpful and efficient from arrival to departure. Staff members were consistently courteous and quick to address requests. They provided useful advice and support throughout my stay (especially for resort queries).
